In order to book an appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking. We offer online appointment scheduling on our website. Our website offers the easiest and fastest time to book an appointment at The Pamper Studio. We also take appointments over the phone. We will keep your credit card on file until the date of your appointment. Please review the on time policy, the cancellation policy and rescheduling policy below.


If you schedule an appointment, we request that you show up on time as a courtesy to our other guests. We want to give you all the personal attention you deserve during your appointment time. If you show up (15) minutes late, you will be subject to an automatic cancellation or a shortened appointment time. Please understand that we must maintain our daily schedule out of respect for our other clients. Please read the cancellation policy and rescheduling policy below.


We require a 48 hour advanced notice, prior to your appointment time, for all cancellations. In the event that you are not able to make your appointment and a 48 hour notice is not received, your card will be charged the full amount for the service you booked and services will be considered rendered. Please understand, that it is not our intention to be unfair, however cancellations dramatically can affect our business. We ask that if we take the time to put you on the schedule that you make an effort to show up on-time. We allow for appointment re-scheduling, please visit our Re-Scheduling policy below.


If you would like to reschedule your appointment, a 48 hour notice is required prior to your appointment time. We honor multiple re-schedules, as long as you provide a 48 hour notice prior to your appointment. If we do not receive a 48 hour notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
